HazelCOLLINSSadly passed away on 2nd March 2024, aged 80 years. She will be dearly missed by husband Ken, her son Kenneth, her daughter Julie, her daughter in-law Christina, grandchildren Chantel, Shane, Tom, respective partners and great grandchildren, and friends, and by all those who had the pleasure in knowing her.
Her funeral Service will be held at Lodge Hill Crematorium on Tuesday 19th March 2024 at 12:15pm.
Family flowers only, however donations if desired can be gifted either as you leave the Service or to Birmingham Hospice.
